Alexis Montecinos participated in an initiative that seeks to inspire the Chilean community in Boston

The Co-Founder of Pharu Analytics was invited to the “Made In Chile: Inspiring Stories from Chileans Abroad”, organized by ChileMass, to share his experiences with students and Chileans living in the United States.

In an outstanding participation, Alexis Montecinos, Co-Founder of Pharu Analytics and Professor of Finance at Suffolk University and MIT, was one of the protagonists of the event “Made In Chile: Inspiring Stories from Chileans Abroad”. The event, organized by ChileMass, took place on February 28th at the Cambridge Innovation Center, bringing together the Chilean community in Boston.

The conversation gave Alexis the opportunity to share his experience in the world of technology and innovation. He also expressed his gratitude and highlighted the importance of events like these to connect the Chilean and U.S. innovation ecosystems.

“I am super honored by the invitation. Hopefully these types of activities will continue to be repeated so that this connection can exist, because when you are in Chile you don’t know that they exist, you don’t know that they can be done,” said the Co-Founder of Pharu Analytics.

The event not only discussed the trajectory and experience of Alexis and the other speakers, but also offered advice for the students and entrepreneurs who attended.

“If they have a dream, they should hold on to that dream and fight as hard as necessary to make what does not exist today a reality,” said Alexis Montecinos.

The participation of the Co-Founder of Pharu Analytics was a fundamental part of the initiative, which seeks to inspire the Chilean community in Boston and strengthen the ties between both innovation ecosystems.
