That’s how XTRATEGIA 2025 is introduced—an event organized by SYM that will bring together leaders from around the world this November 13, where Pharu Analytics will take an active role in the conversation, sharing insights, future perspectives, and applied experience in strategic innovation.
This year’s edition will feature the participation of Vijay Govindarajan, one of the world’s foremost experts in strategy and innovation, author of The Three Box Solution and Fusion Strategy, and professor at the Tuck School of Business. Returning to Chile after 15 years, he will share his perspective on how companies can sustain the present while building the future—and how artificial intelligence is increasingly becoming embedded at the heart of strategy.

From different angles, they will explore how to bridge the present and the future—from impact investing to embedding ESG as a strategic driver.
The highlight of the day will be Vijay Govindarajan’s keynote, where he will share key insights on how to design strategies that allow companies to innovate without compromising operational efficiency, and how artificial intelligence can serve as a key enabler to create value and sustain long-term competitiveness.
